With cozy charm, a large yard, and a wraparound porch with a swing, it’s the perfect space to slow down and unwind - whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the kids play in the yard.
Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed in the main bedroom, a pull-out double/full sofa in the living room. There is also a comfy futon in the living room for extra guests. The kitchen is fully stocked for nights in, and there’s a washer/dryer for added convenience. A Smart TV, books, and board games make for relaxing evenings indoors, and kids love the sidewalk chalk and room to roam outside.
Enjoy the full wraparound porch with an outdoor breakfast table and separate seating area—perfect for winding down in the evenings or catching up on remote work in the fresh air.
Take a quick 5-minute drive to Downtown Hickory for shops, restaurants, L.P. Frans Stadium to catch a Crawdads game or concert, or the Hickory airport. QUIET HOURS:
We love our neighbors and kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 11pm to 6am.
