Book this entire historic home and enjoy the run of both the upper and lower units, two completely private apartments under one roof. With space for up to 11 guests, two full kitchens, two full bathrooms, and two separate dining & living areas, this is the perfect setup for extended families, multi-generational trips, friend getaways, wedding parties, and reunions.
Everyone gets to stay together without being on top of each other.

Check-in is a breeze with the keyless entry system, and we'll provide you with a guidebook with local recommendations for food, drink, and things to do.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The home sleeps up to 11 people in the following areas:
Lower Unit
- Bedroom #1: King bed (2 people)
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed (2 people)
- Living Room: Fold-out sleeper sofa (2 people)

Upper Unit
- Bedroom #1: King bed (2 people)
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed (2 people)
- Small Game Room: Fold-out Twin sleeper sofa for one person or two small children

BATHROOMS:
Two full bathrooms (one per unit), each with a walk-in shower. (There are NO tubs).

KITCHEN:
Two fully equipped kitchens, each with a stainless steel sink, fridge/freezer with icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and air fryer. You'll find everything you'd expect in a standard kitchen: pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, and serving bowls. Basic spices, cooking oils, coffee, and sweeteners are provided.
Each dining area seats six.

TECHNOLOGY:
- Smart TVs are provided with access to Netflix/Hulu, etc. Simply sign into your own account.
- High-speed WiFi throughout
- A laundry washer/dryer is available for your use (free) in the upstairs laundry room.
- Note: There is NO dishwasher

HEATING/COOLING
Central heating/AC is provided in each unit. Guests may adjust the thermostat to their liking.

PARKING:
The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles total (two per unit). Additional vehicles can park along the street in designated areas. Please keep vehicles locked at all times.

*Additional items available for your use:
- Nearly anything you would find in a standard kitchen (Ex: pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, serving bowls, etc.)
- Blow dryer
- Iron/ironing board

DESKS/WORK AREAS:
A small desk/office area is situated in the shared Foyer for travelers who require workspace; guests would simply need to bring their own computer to plug in. WiFi is provided.

WHY BOOK THE WHOLE HOME
Because you're renting both units, you won't have any other guests sharing the building. That means no concerns about footsteps from above, no shared entry with strangers, and the flexibility for your group to spread out or come together as you please. The two-unit layout is especially nice when traveling with extended family or friends who appreciate having their own space to retreat to at the end of the day.

SOUNDS:
This is a quiet area, but you may hear the hustle and bustle of the town or sidewalk chatter. Possible firetrucks or other emergency vehicles as they pass through the area.
We have provided sound machines in case any of these noises are bothersome for light sleepers.

SAFETY NOTES:
1. This home is NOT baby-proofed. (I do not have outlet blockers, no furniture is strapped to walls, stairs do not have gates, there are no safety locks on cabinets, etc.) Some windows are low to the ground where curious kids could easily get out. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times, and guests are responsible for the safety of their children.
2. Guest may by required to climb a small set of steps to get into the unit.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
While we are happy to welcome guests of all backgrounds, we will only be accepting booking requests from:

- AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have multiple positive reviews from other hosts. (A fully refundable $300 security deposit is required from guests who have no reviews. The $300 is returned once the cleaning crew confirms there are no damages, and the apartment is in good condition.)
- Renters that are above the age of 25.
- A maximum of 6 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed.
- We value the relationship with our neighbors and fellow renters, so events/gathering/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the unit in excellent condition for future guests, I am firm on these rules. I apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

While I do tend to be a “hands off” host, we will be available via messaging/phone should you need anything.

CHECK-IN INFO:
- Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger.
- Please note that Sheboygan is on Central Standard Time (CST), the same as Chicago. Check-in is between 4 and 10 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. (unless other arrangements have been made with me in advance).
