Bluff Haven UPPER King/Queen Upper Unit Sleeps 5 near downtown

Located just a couple minutes from downtown and the beach, this newly renovated unit is a blend of convenience, comfort, and historic character. You will be staying in a private upper level apartment inside a historic home, with a separate short term unit located downstairs. Your space (bedrooms, kitchen, living areas, etc) is completely private and used only by your group.

Check-in is a breeze with the keyless entry system, and we'll provide you with a guidebook of local recommendations for food, drink, and things to do.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The home sleeps up to 5 people in the following areas:
- Bedroom #1: King bed
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed
- Small Game Room: Fold-out Twin sleeper sofa for one person or two small children

BATHROOMS:
There is one full bathroom with a walk-in shower (There is NOT a tub).

KITCHEN:
The kitchen includes a stainless steel sink, fridge and freezer w/icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and air fryer - Nearly anything you would find in a standard kitchen (Ex: pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, serving bowls, etc.)
Basic Spices/cooking oils are provided, along with coffee, and sweeteners.
The dining area, just beyond the kitchen, seats six.

TECHNOLOGY:
- Smart TVs are provided with access to Netflix/Hulu, etc. Simply sign into your own account.
- High-Speed Wifi is provided.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry machine (washer and dryer) are located in the shared basement and available for guests to use, free of charge.
NOTE: the basement is a shared area and may be accessed by property manager or other guests at times.

HEATING/COOLING
Central heating & AC is provided. Guests may adjust the thermostat to their liking.

PARKING:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to TWO vehicles. Please park only on ONE side of the driveway, to leave room for other guests.
Additional vehicles can park along the street in designated areas. Always keep your vehicle locked at all times.

- Garbage bags and cleaning supplies
- Bath towels
- Sheets, pillows, blankets

DESKS/WORK AREAS:
A small desk/office area is situated in the shared Foyer for travelers who require workspace; guests would simply need to bring their own computer to plug in. WiFi is provided.

SOUNDS:
While here, you may hear:
- The hustle and bustle of the area/sidewalk chatter
- Possible maintenance workers in the other areas of the house/building.
- Renters above your unit (your ceiling is their floor) Because of this, I do ask that all guests are mindful of quiet hours (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
I have provided sound machines in case any of these noises are bothersome for light sleepers.

SAFETY NOTES:
1. This home is NOT baby-proofed. (I do not have outlet blockers, no furniture is strapped to walls, stairs do not have gates, there are no safety locks on cabinets, etc.) Some windows are low to the ground where curious kids could easily get out. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times, and guests are responsible for the safety of their children.
2. Guest may by required to climb 2-3 stairs to get into the unit.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
While we are happy to welcome guests of all backgrounds, we will only be accepting booking requests from:

- AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have multiple positive reviews from other hosts. (A fully refundable $300 security deposit is required from guests who have no reviews. The $300 is returned once the cleaning crew confirms there are no damages, and the apartment is in good condition.)
- Renters that are above the age of 25.
- A maximum of 6 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed.
- We value the relationship with our neighbors and fellow renters, so events/gathering/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the unit in excellent condition for future guests, I am firm on these rules. I apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

While I do tend to be a “hands off” host, we will be available via messaging/phone should you need anything.

CHECK-IN INFO:
- Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger.
- Please note that Sheboygan is on Central Standard Time (CST), the same as Chicago. Check-in is between 4 and 10 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. (unless other arrangements have been made with me in advance).
