The George House Two King Beds, near Atrium, The Greens, & Downtown

Located within a just minutes from downtown, this rental is a blend of convenience and comfort. You will be staying in a private apartment on one side of a duplex. Your space (bedrooms, bathrom, kitchen, living areas, etc) is completely private and used only by your group.

Check-in is a breeze with the keyless entry system, and we'll provide you with a guidebook with local recommendations for food, drink, and things to do.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The home sleeps up to 4 people in the following areas:
- Bedroom #1: King bed w/TV
- Bedroom #2: King bed w/TV

BATHROOMS:
There is one full bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen includes a stainless steel sink, fridge and freezer w/icemaker, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker - Nearly anything you would find in a standard kitchen (Ex: pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, serving bowls, etc.)
Basic Spices/cooking oils are provided, along with coffee, and sweeteners.
The dining area, just beyond the kitchen, seats six.

TECHNOLOGY:
- DVD collection and DVD player
- Smart TVs are provided with access to Netflix/Hulu, etc. Simply sign into your own account.
- High-Speed Wifi is provided.
- A washer/dryer is available for your use (free) in the laundry room.
- Dishwasher

HEATING/COOLING
Central heating & AC is provided. Guests may adjust the thermostat to their liking.

PARKING:
Parking is available in the driveway for up to TWO vehicles. Please park only on the RIGHT-side of the driveway, to leave room for tenants of the other unit.

** NOTE: For stays longer than one week, guests will need to replenish their own supplies.

PETS:
-- Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Please add the pet as a selection during your booking process.
** IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT BRING PETS THAT ARE PRONE TO BARKING ** We understand that dogs like to talk too, but there may be guests in unit next door, and we want all of our guests to have the best experience possible.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
